Hey does anyone know where I can get this dvd? I see it is listed on Jonathan Kamm's site, but www.amazon.com doesn't offer it, I've tried other sources but unsuccessfully. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

A...friend of a friend of mine...was able to download 98% of the documentary from a torrent website. Using a program like VLC Media Player, one can play the whole movie (minus a second or two in random spots that didn't finish downloading), which...my friend of a friend...wants to add is awesome even if you don't speak German or whatever language it's in (still wouldn't mind seeing an English subtitle, though).

I watched it on Sky TV - The Arts Channel, it has been on there a couple of times that I know of an excellent doco.
